Upendra, the real star of Kannada cinema is foraying into Telugu screens with the dubbed version ‘Budhimanthudu’ directed by Ramnath.

Sharing screen space with the five heroines, Puja Gandhi, Suma Ranganath, Saloni, Brindha Parekh and Natanya Singh, Upendra will don five different roles to entertain the audience. The Kannada film ‘Budhivantha’ is a big hit in the neighboring state and the mass entertainer is being bought to Telugu by P. Hanumanth Reddy and H. Lakshmikanth Reddy on Balaji Productions banner.

A special show of ‘Budhimanthudu’ was screened for the media persons in the recent past. In the press meet after the show, the makers shared their hopes on the film’s success. The release date was announced on 27th March, during Ugadi festival.

Artists Jaya Prakash Reddy and Laxmi are also a part of the important cast in the film. Musical score has been composed by Vijay Antony.
